Steve joined Arlington/Roe in 2007 as a policy technician in the professional liability department. He was promoted to commercial lines underwriter in 2016 after he spent some time as a marketing specialist. In 2018, Steve joined the Healthcare & Human Services team as a Broker. He graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Steve enjoys the opportunity to help agency producers solve problems and is grateful for the relationships he has created throughout his career. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, his daughter, Evelyn and their dog, Desi. Steve also enjoys watching movies, reading books, playing video games and following sports, especially basketball.
