Robin joined Arlington/Roe in 2010 as a policy technician. She was promoted to broker working in medical professional, professional liability, standard small business and workers’ compensation, then to practice leader of the Healthcare & Human Services Group. In 2019, She was named Vice President, Healthcare and Human Services and standard small business.

Her previous experience includes business and sales management, underwriting and account management on both the retail and carrier side. She has also served as an elected officer and board member for multiple city/county chamber of commerce board of directors. She is a graduate of Ball State University and holds the Associate Underwriter (AU) designation.
