About

Mike joined Arlington/Roe in 2015 as a Personal Lines Underwriter. He specializes in affluent homeowners and hard-to-place homes, dwellings and personal umbrellas. Before joining Arlington/Roe, Mike was an underwriting manager for a national managing general agent.

Mike began his insurance career as a personal lines underwriter for a large regional carrier after graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in insurance and risk management. At ISU, he was chosen to participate in two financial industry leadership programs. He was a member of the inaugural class of the Networks Scholars program which is sponsored by ISU’s Networks Financial Institute, founded in 2003 with the help of a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc. He also completed a NAPSLO internship.

Mike has since earned several insurance industry designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).

In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He also volunteers coordinating technology at his church.
