Mark joined Arlington/Roe’s accounting team in 1993 and quickly rose to accounting manager. Over time, he was promoted to vice president of operations and in 2021, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Mark leads human resources, accounting, information technology and overall operations for Arlington/Roe. Mark also serves as Corporate Secretary of Arlington/Roe & Co., Inc. and as Corporate Vice President of Arlington/Roe of KY., Inc. 

Before joining Arlington/Roe, Mark managed the accounting for his family’s contracting business after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in accounting.
