Marcy joined Arlington/Roe’s Kentucky team in 2019 as an assistant broker. In 2022, she was promoted to Associate Commercial Broker. She has been in the insurance industry since 1987 and has previous experience on both the wholesale and carrier side as an assistant underwriter and a commercial underwriter.

Marcy enjoys the daily challenges the insurance industry brings and the constant opportunity to learn something new. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandson and her family. She also is a twin and attends a twin convention in Twinsburg, Ohio every year
