Kelly joined Arlington/Roe’s Commercial Lines team as an Assistant Underwriter in 2018. She previously spent 18 years in the insurance industry and has experience in underwriting, rating and transportation risks, along with systems background. She received a bachelor’s degree in business management at Indiana Wesleyan University and has earned both the Associate in Underwriting (AU) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.

Kelly loves how the insurance industry is constantly evolving to meet the risk needs of a changing world. In her spare time, she likes to discover new places and things and being close to nature is important to her. Kelly also enjoys reading, music, art and travel.
