Jennifer joined Arlington/Roe as a production support assistant in 2000. She later moved to the Personal Lines team as an assistant underwriter, then was promoted to Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, she worked for seven years with a risk management company in their small business unit.

Jennifer is a graduate of Ball State University where she earned her degree in insurance and risk management. Her favorite aspects of working in the insurance industry include the diversity of each day and the daily opportunity to learn something new. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her friends and family or traveling.
