About
Heather joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2022, she was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. She began her HR career in 2014 and her prior experience includes HR at a national retail insurance agency.
Heather is a member of both the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization and of SHRM’s Central Indiana Chapter. She is a graduate of Indiana University, Fort Wayne as well as Chapman Institute’s wellness certification program. Heather is also part of the Wellness Program team and has her CWPM certification.
Heather enjoys helping associates match their skill set and passions with opportunities and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves through their personal and professional growth. She is a Life Group Ministries Leader and serves as a Board Member at a local church, and when she isn’t at work, she is traveling, doing yoga or volunteering at the Humane Society for Hamilton County.
