Ashley joined Arlington/Roe in 2020 as a marketing assistant in our Indianapolis headquarters. In 2021, she moved over to Human Resources as a Human Resources Assistant and in 2024, she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ashley is a graduate of Indiana University – Kokomo and holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and tourism.

Ashley enjoys being challenged and thinking quickly in fast-paced situations. She also enjoys the continuous opportunity to learn and grow. When she isn’t at work, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
