Amanda rejoined Arlington/Roe in 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant. She had previously worked at Arlington/Roe as a Promotions Assistant from 2006 to 2007 until she and her husband relocated to Canton, Ohio.

Amanda was promoted to Marketing Operations Leader and Executive Assistant in 2018, then to Vice President, Marketing and Communications in 2020. She works closely with Jim and Patrick Roe and oversees agency relations, events and communication. Amanda graduated from Ball State University with a degree in graphic arts management.

Amanda enjoys working for a family-owned company where she feels like a true stakeholder in the company. She also loves the people she works with, especially her team and helps them grow and flourish both within the company and as individuals. In her spare time, Amanda can be found reading, watching Hallmark and spending time with her family.
