Summer Internship Program 

The Arlington/Roe summer internship program offers a hands-on introduction to the excess and surplus lines marketplace by working at a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker. The internship program is tailored to the intern’s interests and includes cross-departmental rotational learning to provide a well-rounded experience. Throughout the internship, students will have the opportunity to learn directly from underwriters, brokers, company representatives, agents and leadership.

The program generally lasts 8-10 weeks, and housing accommodations are provided for candidates who are not based in the Indianapolis area. Applications are accepted from September through the end of October. To stay updated, please check back regularly using the link below.

Applicant Requirements:

  • 3.0 or better GPA
  • Open to all class levels
  • Business-related major required. Insurance & Risk Management Major or minor preferred.
