Agency Appointment Minimum Requirements:

• In business for at least 3 years
• 3 Standard Insurance Carriers represented, no direct writers
• 3 Primary MGA’s or Brokers or less
• Appointments open to Producers located in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee only with the exception of Aviation which we represent nationwide.
