| The Brokerage department works with
insurance carriers or program managers to pursue coverage for unusual
or hard-to-place risks that cannot find coverage in the standard
markets. We also have several standard carriers that we can place coverage with, which will expand your agency's access to national carriers. We're different from the Commercial Lines and Transportation
departments in that we don't have in-house underwriting or binding
authority. You can think of us as an extension of your standard
markets and our own Commercial Lines and Transportation departments.
Coverage options include Property, General or Commercial Auto Liability, Umbrella,
Earthquake and Flood, Foreign Liability, various Excess coverages,
Inland or Ocean Marine, Pollution package policies and many others.
