Connie joined Arlington/Roe in 1991. Connie went to work for Bolton & Co. in Louisville, KY in the Commercial Casualty Department in 1977. She then worked for another large MGA for 12 years developing her expertise in that area. Connie operates out of our Louisville, KY office. As Vice President of Aviation, she lends her 20 plus years of aviation experience to our agents throughout the midwest.

Bonnie joined Arlington/Roe in April, 1995. She works in our Louisville, KY office as an Aviation Broker. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Bonnie worked for another large MGA developing her expertise in the aviation area. Bonnie is a member of the Aviation Insurance Association.

In 2002, Travis French began working at Arlington/Roe full time in the summer and during the school year he devotes 30 hours a week as an aviation broker. Travis holds a student pilot’s license and is continuing his flight training in order to secure a private pilot license. He is considering an aeronautical degree from the local chapter of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Travis graduated from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration.
