Jim Roe started working for his father, Francis Roe, the founder of Arlington/Roe, in 1964 at the age of 14. In 1972 he began full time in the firm, after graduating from Indiana University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 1980, Jim received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Roe became President and the sole owner of Arlington/Roe after Francis Roe’s untimely death in 1987. In 1997, Jim earned his Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) designation. Jim and his wife, Vickie, live on the north side of Indianapolis. They have four children: Andy and Patrick work in the firm; Christopher is a graduate of Ball State University and pursuing a career in film, and Katie is attending Indiana University.

| Rick joined
Arlington/Roe & Co., Inc. in 2004 as Vice-President
and General Counsel. Rick is a graduate of Wabash College
(1983) and Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis
(1986). Rick has long been involved in the insurance industry
and serves as counsel to the Independent Insurance Agents
of Indiana, Inc. Pitts is a frequent lecturer on topics
involving insurance law, such as "Insurance Issues
for Builders," "The Insurance Implications of
Mold Claims," "Advising the Business Owner,"
and "Law for Design Professionals." Rick is admitted
to practice in Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals
for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

| After serving
the PIA and Big ‘I’ of Indiana as Executive
Director and Marketing Director respectively, Helen joined
Arlington/Roe in February 2001. In her role as Executive
Assistant, Helen provides a high level of executive support
to the president, Jim Roe and works with other members of
the Executive Team in implementing the mission of Arlington/Roe.
As Director of Communications she is responsible for creating
and implementing the company’s advertising, industry
and community participation and agency and industry communications.

Donna joined Arlington/Roe in November 2006 as Vice President, Sales. Donna began her 26 year insurance career at Great American and prior to joining Arlington/Roe was with American Modern Insurance Group for 13 years. At AMIG, Donna worked in several divisions starting in Commercial Lines , analyzing, developing and marketing Program Business. From there Donna moved to the Personal Lines as a Product Manager. Her next achievement was in Sales where she was promoted to Assistant Vice President, responsible for the East Region Division. Most recently she served as Vice President, Sales of AMIG's Midwest Region, responsible for Agent Relationships for all distribution groups. At Arlington/Roe, Donna's focus is in Sales and Marketing, cultivating agency relationships in Kentucky and Ohio. She works closely with our Personal and Commercial teams to help agencies grow their business . Donna and her husband Denny, a retired Police Detective, live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Anne joined Arlington/Roe in 2004 and serves as Marketing Director with a focus on Indiana. Anne is a native Hoosier and a graduate of IU. Her thirty year work experience in the insurance industry includes agency ownership, sales, marketing, customer service, sales management and office administration. She also served as Executive Director of an insurance training and development project for the state of Indiana. Anne gives generously of her time to support non-profit organizations including the Indiana Big "I", Independent Insurance Agents of Central Indiana, and Dress for Success. Anne looks forward to expanding her relationships with independent agents throughout the Midwest. |
